Burna Boy’s Landmark London Stadium Show is now streaming on Apple Music Live

Burna Boy performed on the 3rd of June this year at London Stadium, an epic, joyful experience and expression of legendary talent and showmanship. It’s the first time an African artist has headlined a stadium show in the UK, and it is now available to stream on Apple Music Live. At this historic show, Burna Boy was joined by Stormzy, J Hus, Dave, and Popcaan. The show was directed by Paul Dugdale, produced by Simon Fisher for SiFi Productions, with executive producers Lee Lodge and Paul Dugdale, and line producer Eibhin Taylor.

Burna Boy is a global sensation, and a leader in the Afrobeats genre, the most streamed Nigerian artist of all time on Apple Music, and the most streamed artist in Nigeria. His career started over a decade ago, and his music crosses genre and generational structures, his appeal equalling sold out tours and a huge following as African music continues to gain popularity.

We are delighted to have worked with SiFi Productions again on this new project, which was overseen by OnSight’s Post Producer Jade Townsend. The project was finished in 4K Dolby Vision, with colour by Steve Atkins and Dolby Atmos, and is also one of only a few concerts in the market available in 4K Dolby Vision with a matching immersive audio experience!

We provided the grade (providing the technical know-how for Dolby Vision), handled VFX returns, and created the deliverables. We also worked on the Tik Tok version of the concert, with our colourists Andy Lee and Emily Russul Saib assisting with the grade, and created the deliverables.
