Head of Development
Since joining the team in 1997, Tony has been integral to the growing areas of OnSight particularly in Post Production of Drama Features and Documentaries. Graduating from Facility Manager and Senior Producer, Tony now oversees new business at OnSight and initiating projects from development to delivery, relishing the more technically challenging projects.
Head of Operations
Rik oversees technical operations and best practice at OnSight's post facility in central London. Consulting with clients, OnSight creatives and the company as a whole to ensure OnSight offers a unique solution for UHD for Cinema & VOD, 4K, Giant Screen (IMAX) and now 8K.
Head Of Documentary
Julia has experience in post production sales as well as previously working in documentary production, she is a great communicator and brings her extensive knowledge of production processes to the team.
With over 17 years of service within OnSight, David has been responsible for the bookings team, building client relations and facility management. He currently oversees the internal workings across all departments and aids in development of new ventures.
Having worked in chartered accountancy for 10 years, Helen made the move into Company accounting in 2012. She brings to OnSight a wealth of experience in all aspects of accountancy, as a result of being senior management in SMEs in both the UK and Australia. Helen is responsible for the end to end management of ONSIGHTS finances.
He has been working as a senior colourist for more than 15 years, developing his skills across features dramas, shorts, award-winning documentaries, television dramas and concert films. Andy's attention to detail and creative flair means excellent technical and visionary results
Max is a leading colourist in London. He has graded many feature films for studios such as Warner Bros. and Universal Pictures such as Three Lions and Gravity as well as high-end television dramas, music videos and commercials. He offers versatility with a wide range of credits and toolsets plus the strength in his ability to translate clients’ creative visions.
Emily Russul Saib
With a Degree in media production (specialising in drama & documentary) and over a decade’s worth of experience in the Industry, Emily has developed an extensive knowledge of technologies such as Dolby Vision. Emily’s first experience of working in the Industry was with OnSight over 12 years ago and we are very happy to have her return to the OnSight Family having now built up an impressive portfolio working as colourist. Her recent work includes new TV Series Chivalry, BBC’s The Mallorca Files and There She Goes in addition to a wide variety of genres from drama and short film, to music videos and documentaries. Jeff has been with the company for over 15 years and is a dedicated Post Producer. Having been an account manager for some of the world’s best-known documentary bands and music distributor catalogues he has an intimate knowledge of post workflow and delivery processes.

Andy Coles is a sound designer, editor and mixer with over 20 years of experience in the Advertising, Film, Television, Radio and Cinema industries. His natural progression has been to take on responsibility for entire soundtracks as sound supervisor, editor and mixer.
Senior Online Editor
Adam began working in the industry in 1995 and worked up to Linear Tape editing with international clients such as MTV, BBC, Disney and HBO. Since then, he’s progressed onto Drama onlining; on-site Music Festival short form editing; onlining international movie promos and TV Spots before joining as an Online Editor here, at OnSight. Adam is dedicated, keen, perceptive - with an eye for detail and really enjoys the technical side to editing. He is a big fan of using Avid but is also proficient with other editing platforms.
VFX & Online Editor
Starting his Career in post-production he has had the opportunity to work on a wide range of productions from Documentary and Drama to live-performances and VR productions. Dan also has a wealth of experience on a variety of on set production work. His technical knowledge of post-production and his creativity has led him to OnSight where he has been working as a Online Editor/VFX Operator.
Andrew is a dedicated online editor and started at OnSight as a digital lab technician providing the skills needed to deliver our digital services and support our edit suites. Andrew has provided Online for projects like Acorn Tv’s Signora Volpe, Talesmith’s Return to the Lair of the Great White and was also Conform Editor for BBC’s Lockdown Comedy Staged.
Senior Post Producer
Joana has been working in various producing roles in comedy and entertainment TV since 2014, with her credits ranging from assistant producer to line producer. Joana has since shifted to post production, where she has worked on an eclectic mix of Imax and 3D Natural History Documentaries, Feature Dramas, Short films, TV shows and branded content. She is currently Post Producing two new exciting IMAX 3D feature films.
