After committing to a beta testing programme over a year ago On Sight found themselves one of only two companies in possession of one of the most sought after high definition broadcasting ‘pieces of kit’ in the world, the other company being the BBC.
Snell & Wilcox’s Alchemist Ph.C-HD has a legacy of the best motion compensation and standards conversion going back to the early nineties, the era of high definition meant that the proprietary algorithms had to perform that much better, On Sight were on hand to help that happen.

Panasonic has selected camera hire company On Sight to be its back-up hire company for the AJ-HDX900E camcorder.
The AJ-HDX900E is the "BBC's preferred camera for factual and learning," says Panasonic. On Sight has purchased five camcorders and says it is experiencing high demand for HD from all areas of programming.

Film-maker Heath Jones’ first film, Lady Godiva: Back in the Saddle, had an unusual inspiration.
The chance purchase of a box of Godiva Belgian chocolates in a Detroit airport gave the film’s US based screenwriter and producer the idea for a film based on the famous lady’s naked ride through the city of Coventry in the 11th century.
